An important question that often comes up is: How well do you take care of yourself? Does self-care play a role in your life at all?

Self-care is about the quality in which you deal with yourself and do things

Self-care includes everything: how you get up in the morning, how you go to work, the way you move your body, how you breathe and communicate, how you interact with others and how you deal with emotions and reactions. Self-care is about taking responsibility for your own choices. This requires an honest look at how you live right now.  

During the sessions you will get new insights and practical tools that you can apply in your daily life. The sessions can also be combined with bodywork.  

We all have moments in our lives where we need some outside support. Sometimes, we want someone neutral without any emotional connection. Then it might be a good time for a counselling session. Different themes can be discussed during these sessions, such as work pressure, difficult communication, lack of vitality, etc.
